Serenity trips is led by Lifestyle coach Sonja Paul. Developing lifestyle trips are organized under her personal supervision, which are a blessing for body and soul. The trips are deliberately designed for a small group of people. Serenity Trips is part of Totally Body and Mind. Working on inner strength means helping ourselves to let go of emotions, get more into the feeling and get closer to our true inner self. Of course on your own strength, but also by simply using our qualities as personal lifestyle coaches. We create an honest, safe environment and a pleasant atmosphere to develop, experience and feel yourself. Completely adapted to you as a person, with an extensive program where you have the freedom to participate as you wish.

Your stay

You will stay in a very luxurious villa in a 1 or 2-person room with a private bath and toilet (2-person room includes a jacuzzi). The villa is located in a quiet area in a large secluded garden with a private outdoor swimming pool.

Wellness: Finnish sauna, hammam and indoor pool.
